Do I have to pay for the CoachRX app and for a gym membership?
Not at all! The CoachRX app is included in your services. A gym membership is not required, I can create an effective workout program with the equipment and environment at your disposal. However, I would highly recommend having these pieces of equipment available to you: dumbbells, barbell, weightlifting rack, bench, weight plates.
Is Nutrition Coaching included with In-Person Training and/ or Online Coaching?
Yes. I provide personal macro calculations based on your needs, nutrition education, meal guidance, and habit-based coaching to help you develop sustainable eating patterns that fit your lifestyle and support your goals.
How do I know if I am making progress?
I track progress through performance metrics, photo/video feedback, written check-ins, and customized assessments. I look at the collected objective data, most importantly, to ensure that we are progressing in an upward fashion.
How do I get started?
Start by filling out an interest form! From there, I will contact you directly to book an online consultation Zoom call a well as a free first in-person session/ assessment. From there, we will discuss your goals, assess your needs, and if we are a good fit to walk through this fitness journey together!
Can you help me if I am recovering from an injury or have limitations?
Absolutely! I specialize in functional strength training and can modify to meet you where you are at. Programs are tailored to your current abilities and are adjusted as you progress.
