"I was struggling with a lot when I joined the program, some things I didn’t even now until now. My main goal when I joined the program was to implement a healthy lifestyle to my everyday routine. One thing I noticed now that I didn’t know then is how it affected my everyday mood. I’ve always struggled to keep up a positive attitude but I’ve noticed a shift since I began working out. The one thing I struggled with the most was consistency in workouts and food intake. It’s really a mental game. It comes down to discipline and keeping a good attitude. Most days I didn’t want to go to the gym or choose the healthy meal to eat.
Slowly and surely I developed consistency and after a year of FangFitCoaching I can say I’ve began going to the gym without a coach, sometimes with a partner and others alone. This is a huge difference because before the program you’d never catch at the gym whatsoever. I’ve learned a sense of independence, self confidence, self discipline, self encouragement, and I somewhat have an idea of what I’m doing at the gym and built healthy food habits like better nutritional options and portion control. I’ve also noticed improvements in my energy levels, along with weight loss, increased muscle mass, greater strength and stamina, and reduced stress.
None of this progress would have been possible without the guidance of the program and my coach. I still have a long way to go but I’ve learned so much about health and fitness in a year. I’d recommend this program to anyone! FangFitCoaching changed my life for the better.​"
